To update the exterior we closed in the garage, added a gable and enlarged the porch, removed the shutters, gave her a new roof and painted. We also added cedar shake, cedar columns and railing and topped it off with stone accents..

The whole great area was opened up to achieve an open concept living/dining/kitchen.

We removed a wall to open up the interior.

The rear exterior doors originally led to a sunroom and is now the entrance to the master bedroom suite addition .

All secondary bedrooms were updated with new closet doors and refinished hardwood floors

The jack and jill bathroom has a whole new look!

The sunroom was removed and a master suite addition was added. Windows became french doors that open to the new stone back patio.
